Dermal fillers contain hyaluronic acid gels, which are made from non-animal sources and are FDA-approved. Our dentist Brentwood will inject the lines in your face, and the dermal fillers will plump them up so that your skin appears smoother and more youthful. You will need local anaesthesia to ensure that you don’t feel anything, and there is no downtime required afterwards. You should be able to see the results instantly, and they should last for 6 to 12 months. We can use dermal fillers to plump up your lips, as well as to contour the neck, hands and face. It is a really flexible treatment that gets wonderful results without the need for major surgery.

Anti-wrinkle injections

Another option is anti-wrinkle injections. We use botulinum toxin type A to inject into the facial muscles, blocking the nerve endings. Doing so allows the face to relax and the skin to appear smoother and more youthful. Like dermal fillers, the injections only take a few minutes to administer; however, the best results should become visible 4 to 7 days after the treatment. With anti-wrinkle injections, there is no need for any downtime either, so you can continue your day straight after coming in to have your treatment. It should be a comfortable treatment, and you will need to come back every 3 months or so to maintain your fresh-faced appearance.
